UK Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking 
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Hello@Toraliving.com which will include  the postal tracking detail you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
